We work to promote accessibility to enable people with disabilities and special needs to use and enjoy the variety of services we offer to all our customers on our website and call center.
About a quarter of the population in Israel encounters Internet accessibility difficulties: the visually impaired, the hearing impaired, people with motor disabilities, the elderly, and more.
In order to provide the best, most professional and accessible service to everyone, we have made the necessary adjustments to our website in accordance with the principles of the Accessibility Standard in Israel, Equal Rights Regulations for People with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 2013 (Section C: Internet Services). The website is adapted to the accessibility requirements of Standard 5568 at Level AA according to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

We provide you with an accessibility component from ENABLE, a website accessibility company, which is operated by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows the website to improve its compliance with the guidelines for the accessibility of web content. You can activate ENABLE’s accessibility menu by clicking on the accessibility menu icon that appears in the corner of the page.
The accessibility menu and the technology used on the website allow for many options such as:
